This questionnaire is open to any parent of a child between 0 and 5 years old, regardless of whether they currently use a daycare service or not. The survey is part of a research project aimed at better understanding the diversity of needs for daycare services amongst Quebec families.
The questionnaire is made up of approximately 25 questions. The estimated average length is 10 minutes. Your participation is anonymous. Please note that because this is an open survey, it is not possible to fill it in in more than one shot.
The survey is conducted on behalf of the Association québécoise des haltes-garderies communautaires, under the supervision of a scientific academic committee composed of professors and researchers Carl Lacharité (UQTR), Nathalie Bigras (UQAM) and Tamarha Pierce (Université Laval).
